Terms of Service

By ordering a commission, you agree to these terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to read and understand them before placing an order. • We retain the right to refuse a commission for any reason.

• Kiddo’s manager Finn (@murrchmadness) will be handling payment. All invoices will come from Paypal, sent from finn@murrchmadness.com, and are to be paid at time of issuing. All prices are in USD.

• Any and all deadlines must be discussed before the commission is ordered, and will incur a 10% charge. Sudden deadlines are not accepted, and may cause you to end up on the blacklist for future commissions.

• Chargebacks are not cool, and will end up getting you blacklisted from our service.

• Clients must be 18 years or older at the time of commissioning, regardless of the content commissioned. By placing an order, you verify that you are at least 18 years of age. Any client found to be under 18 will have their commission canceled without refund.

• All Characters involved or detailed must be 18 years of age or older.

• You may use the commissioned writing for personal, non commercial projects as long as it is posted in its original, unedited form. (For example, you may post it on your F-List or public FA, you may not post it behind a paywall) If you wish to make edits to the posted work, you must ask the author for permission before doing so.

• Commercial licensing may be discussed and granted for an additional fee.

• You may not claim the writing as your own work, and you must credit the author (@goreisforgirls on twitter or FurAffinity) with a link to their account wherever you post the work.

• If requested, we will provide the commissioner’s FA or Twitter as part of the post.

• We retain the right to publish the completed work on murrchmadness.com/monsterchomps, as part of a gallery for other readers to peruse and enjoy.

• This does not include private commissions, we will not post those.

• We may use the completed work as an example for promotion of our own services, but will ask permission from the commissioner beforehand.

• The original Google Sheets document containing the story is for the use of the commissioner only. You may not provide the link to the document to anyone- If you are found to be sharing it, access will be revoked entirely.

• A text document of the finished work is available upon request.

• Writing commissions are charged by the word at the rate of $0.01 per word, with a minimum of $10 or 1,000 words (about 2 and a half pages of double-spaced 11pt arial font text). When commissioning, you should request a certain word count goal. We may recommend you increase the amount of words in the target, in cases of scenes that may require more detail. Generally speaking, scenes with more than two characters will need more words.

• 50% of the total amount due is to be paid up front. At 50% completion, we’ll contact you with what’s been written so far for your review. When you approve what has been written already, the remaining commission balance will be due, and after receiving it we will finish the commission, and deliver you a document with the completed work.

• If, at 50% completion, you wish to add more to the target word count, let us know, and we’ll ask you to pay the difference.

• In cases that we exceed the word count goal by 10% or more, we ask (but do not require) you to tip the difference! It helps us a lot, but don’t feel obligated to.

• If you wish to cancel your commission, you must do so before paying the initial invoice. Refunds will not be provided once payment has been received.

Some additional fees may be added in certain situations. We will notify you of them before sending the invoice.

• Complexity: +5%-10%. A complex scene tends to involve many characters interacting with one another.

• Private Commission: 10%. We will not publish the work, or use it as an example. We still require you to post credit if you post the work yourself.

• Featured Ideas: -10%. If there’s a particular idea that we are especially interested in, we may offer a discounted slot for it.

• Hard abuse, rape, bigotry of any kind (Sexism, racism, homophobia,transphobia), hateful or negative descriptions of someone else's OC, Vore, Pedophilia/CSA, Filth (scat, vomit, feeder fetish, dirty feet, etc) Politics. Feel free to ask if you're unsure.
